Water Scarcity, Power Outage Hits Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa 

The ongoing 19th edition of Nigeria Polytechnic Games (NIPOGA) at The Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa (FPN) is soaked with outage of power supply and scarcity of water.

The games which has already commenced on Saturday 29th, had contingents coming from all polytechnics across the country.

Our source who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said participants were spotted loitering around the Senior Staff Quarters of the polytechnic in search of water after games.

Recall, that the institution budgeted over N1billion to host the game.s The incumbent rector of the institution, Abdulkadir Shettima, disclosed this while addressing newsmen shortly after a meeting with a development partner, A3 Foundation at the institution’s administrative block.

In another development, the rector also hinted that all is set for a successful hosting of the games tagged ‘’Nasarawa 2017.’’
